There are two ways you can register for IMA’s Annual Conference & Expo:
By MailDownload and fill out the Conference registration form, and send it to IMA via U.S. postal or express mail. Mailed registration forms must be received by registration cut-off dates for registration fees to apply.
Early Bird registration fees are effective through March 31, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Regular registration fees are in effect April 1 – May 31, 2018, after which on-site registration fees apply. Conference rates are dependent upon IMA membership.

*Nonmember rate covers IMA membership for one year.
IMA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards as well as personal checks (drawn from a U.S. bank in U.S. funds). No wire transfers or purchase orders will be accepted. Please allow seven business days for processing. You will receive an email receipt of your registration confirmation. Please view registration fees for specific cut-off dates.

Attending with a Group?

By registering, you agree and acknowledge that IMA, along with its partners, subcontractors, or affiliates, plans to take photographs and capture video footage at IMA’s 2018 Annual Conference & Expo for reproduction in educational, news, or promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media including IMA and IMA’s affiliate partner websites. By participating in IMA’s 2018 Annual Conference & Expo, you grant IMA and any of its designated subcontractors, partners, or affiliates the right to your name and image (both photographs and videos) for such purposes.
All registered participants agree and acknowledge that they are undertaking participation in IMA events and activities as their own free and intentional act and are fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to them as a result of their participation in these events. Participants give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly that they are able to participate in IMA events and do hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being. They also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in their place.
