Full payment must be received with your registration form otherwise your registration will not be processed.
IMA does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. Please make advance payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or personal check. These forms of payment, in addition to cash, will be accepted for onsite payments.
(Note: Onsite registration fees are nonrefundable.)
Confirmation letters will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment. Please allow up to two weeks for confirmation of registrations paid by check and mailed to IMA.
Only individuals registered and badged may attend Conference events. Guests must register in order to attend sessions, luncheons, and optional events.
Pre-Conference workshops are limited in capacity. If you are registering by mail and your participation at the Conference is predicated on attending a pre-Conference workshop, please do not make travel plans until you receive written confirmation from IMA that you are confirmed for that session. IMA is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred.
Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by IMA prior to May 1, 2018, in order to receive a full refund (less a 10% processing fee). Refunds are not given for no-shows. Cancellation requests may be emailed to Denise Huckins at firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to: IMA, Attn: Annual Conference, 10 Paragon Drive, Suite 1, Montvale, NJ 07645. IMA is not responsible for delayed mail or incorrectly addressed correspondence. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the event.
March 31, 2018 (11:59 p.m. EDT): Deadline for Early Bird registration. Regular registration fees will apply after March 31. Mailed registrations must be received by this date to qualify for Early Bird registration fees.
May 1, 2018 (11:59 p.m. EDT): Deadline for full registration refund (less a 10% processing fee). After May 31, no refunds will be granted.
May 31, 2018 (11:59 p.m. EDT): Deadline for regular registration. Mailed registrations must be received by this date to qualify for regular registration rates. On-site registration rates will apply after May 31.
IMA is only responsible for processing your Conference registration. If, for any reason, your plans change, please remember to cancel your hotel accommodations directly through the JW Marriott Indianapolis.
IMA reserves the right to cancel sessions if minimum registration numbers are not met. Attendees will have the option to attend other sessions during the same time period.
IMA reserves the right to cancel the 2018 Annual Conference & Expo if conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. IMA is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred.
Requests to substitute your registration must be in writing and received by IMA by June 8, 2018. Send requests via email to Denise Huckins at email@example.com. Requests for substitutions will not be permitted after June 8. All substitutions are subject to a $75 administrative fee, plus any additional fees due to differences in the member type.
