IMA’s Conference provides two convenient methods of registration! To begin, select a registration option listed below. Online registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Method of payments accepted online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Register online and receive immediate registration confirmation. By Fax: Fax completed registration forms, including method of payment, to 1-201-474-1602. Method of payments accepted by fax: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please allow 7 business days for processing and e-mail receipt of registration confirmation.
By Mail: Mailing address: IMA Annual Conference, Attn: Steven Shannon, 10 Paragon Drive, Suite 1, Montvale, NJ 07645. Method of payments accepted by mail: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and check (drawn on U.S. bank in U.S. funds). No wire transfers or purchase orders will be accepted. Please allow 7 business days for processing and e-mail receipt of registration confirmation.
Exhibit fee: $3,900 for one (1) 8'x10’ assembled booth *Total exhibit fee is due when applying to guarantee space.
